Full Job Description
IQA Roles and Responsibilities:
Advising, observing, supporting, and providing developmental feedback to assessors
Creating an IQA policy, rationale, and strategy
Ensuring staff interprets, understands, and consistently applies the relevant requirements, regulations, and standards.
Evaluating the program, taking into consideration feedback from learners, staff, and others
Facilitating the standardization of practice
Identifying issues and trends, for example, if several learners misinterpret the same topic
Interviewing learners, witnesses, and other relevant staff
Keeping up to date with changes and developments regarding what is being taught and assessed
Monitoring the full learner journey
Sampling assessment records, learnersโ work, and assessor decisions
Taking part in continuing professional development (CPD)
Working towards a relevant IQA qualification or following certain standards
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ยฃ12.00 per hour
