I recently completed my SIA Door Supervisor top-up refresher course here, and the entire experience was smooth and professional from start to finish. The booking process was straightforward, and all course materials were communicated clearly beforehand.
The instructor was engaging, highly knowledgeable, and did a fantastic job of breaking down the updated legal requirements, counter-terrorism measures, and physical intervention techniques. Having the First Aid component included made it a great all-in-one package. The venue was clean, accessible, and well-organized.
If you need to renew your licence without any unnecessary stress or hassle, I highly recommend this training provider

I recently undertook the door supervisor course at the prometheus qualifications. Our trainer was Mr.Hassan and Mr.Hamza. Both of the trainers were extremely good at teaching and that genuinely showcases their expertise at the academy. They were really respectful and considerate as I was the only female student in this batch. I sincerely appreciate the staffs for treating me with due respect and making me feel very comfortable.
Overall, Im very thankful that I chose this academy to get trained 🙂

Got questions? We have answers.
Everything you need to know before you enrol.
Most of our courses have no formal entry requirements, just a willingness to learn. A few specialist courses may ask for a prior certificate, which we’ll flag clearly on the course page.
We offer both. Many courses are available as flexible online learning, while others, particularly practical First Aid and Security modules, are delivered in a classroom setting.
Timelines vary by course and awarding body, but most of our courses offer same-day results, with certificates typically issued within a few working days of successful completion.
Yes. Our courses are delivered through accredited awarding bodies like Highfield, so your certificate is recognised UK-wide.
You’re not left stuck. We offer free resits, so you can retake the assessment at no extra cost and still gain your certification.
Pricing depends on the course and delivery format, you’ll see the exact price before booking. We also offer flexible payment options, including Klarna, on eligible courses.
We run classroom sessions at multiple locations, alongside nationwide online options. Check the course locations page for what’s near you.
