Business Support Manager;
Full Time Position;
Annual Salary; 26000 – 28000 per AnnumJob Requirements;
Must have a Degree Level Qualification; Must have 2 years plus experience in ManagementJob Duties:
- Use a range of software, including email, spreadsheets and databases, to ensure the efficient running of the office
- Plans work schedules, assigns tasks and delegates responsibilities
- Manage online and paper filing systems
- Develop and implement new administrative systems, such as record management
- Record office expenditure and manage the budget
- Organise the office layout and maintain supplies of stationery and equipment
- Maintain the condition of the office and arrange for necessary repairs
- Assist with regards to potential sales and prospective customers
- Dealing with prospective customers and responding to their enquiries
- Dealing with customer emails and providing required information to customers
- Handles complaints from customer or any related party
- Assist the director with regards to marketing and growing the business
- Attracting and retaining clients by building good rapport
- Customer query management
- Report and document preparation
