Course Description

As a security officer, it is crucial to maintain secure and lawful working practices. Security officers frequently operate in demanding or remote settings, making it essential for them to receive appropriate training to carry out their duties effectively while ensuring the safety of both themselves and the public.

In addition to complying with legal obligations set by organizations like the Security Industry Authority (SIA), security officers must acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to fulfill their role. The Highfield Level 2 Award for Security Officers in the Private Security Industry has been specifically designed to equip learners with the expertise needed to operate safely and efficiently while meeting the SIA requirements for working as a security officer.

How long will it take?
