Business Support Manager;

Full Time Position;

Annual Salary; 26000-28000 per Annum
 

Job Requirements;

Must have a Degree Level Qualification
Must have 2 years plus experience in Management
 

Job Duties;

  • Use a range of software, including email, spreadsheets and databases, to ensure the efficient running of the office
  • Plans work schedules, assigns tasks and delegates responsibilities
  • Manage online and paper filing systems
  • Develop and implement new administrative systems, such as record management
  • Record office expenditure and manage the budget
  • Organise the office layout and maintain supplies of stationery and equipment
  • Maintain the condition of the office and arrange for necessary repairs
  • Assist with regards to potential sales and prospective customers
  • Dealing with prospective customers and responding to their enquiries
  • Dealing with customer emails and providing required information to customers
  • Handles complaints from customer or any related party
  • Assist the director with regards to marketing and growing the business
  • Attracting and retaining clients by building good rapport
  • Customer query management
  • Report and document preparation
